ATTENTION:
The pickup time may be adjusted at any time. You must be 15 minutes before the pickup at the chosen pickup location. During the booking process, you will need to specify the exact name of your accommodation. Passengers must be prepared and visible for the pickup process. Pickup may be delayed by up to 20 minutes, depending on traffic or unforeseen circumstances beyond Climbo’s control. If the pickup is delayed more than 20 minutes from the scheduled time, we will contact you to notify you.

The return time of the tour may vary, as it depends on various factors beyond Climbo’s control. Climbo is not responsible for any delays in returning passengers to the pickup location, from the tour or back.
