How to Become a Supplier on Tripwoow

If you are a direct operator of activities, tours, guided visits, or transfers and would like to showcase your services on Tripwoow, please complete our application form which can be found at the following link.

Tripwoow decides on the approval of the applications, choosing suppliers based on the popularity, quality, and price of their featured activities and tours in each destination.

Tripwoow acts as a bridge between customers and tourism service providers, with a “Win-Win” business model. We do not apply registration fees, service charges, or maintenance fees; the only thing we invoice monthly is the commission for intermediation, which is agreed individually with each of our suppliers.

The customer pays 100% of the price when making their reservation on Tripwoow. Each month, at the beginning of the following month, we proceed to settle with the suppliers for the bookings made, deducting the previously agreed commission.

The customer pays 100% of the price upon booking on Tripwoow. We make payments to suppliers at the beginning of each following month, after deducting our commission. Payments are made via bank transfer, and we will send you an invoice each month, detailing the paid bookings and the deducted commission.

The commission already includes taxes. As Tripwoow is a tax resident in Tenerife, the IGIC (General Indirect Canary Tax) is applied to our commission. However, if you are a supplier in Spain, but outside of the Canary Islands, the commission is not subject to IGIC due to the reversal of the taxable person, in accordance with article 17.1.1 of Law 20/1991.

To start the collaboration, you only need to complete and validate your registration online through our application form which can be found at the following link, accepting our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and the General Conditions for Supplier Contracting. It’s that simple.

In certain specific cases, we might sign an additional contract if we decide together with the supplier to modify certain clauses of the General Conditions of Supplier Contracting, adjusting to the specific terms of our collaboration.

Once your application is accepted, we will take care of uploading your products to the platform, based on the information you provide.

At Tripwoow, we use the same retail prices you set, though you have the option to offer lower promotional prices. Our goal is to have a clear and strong relationship with our suppliers that ensures travellers pay the same or less than if they were to purchase directly at the destination.
