The following Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the online platform tripwoow.com, the content available on it, and the activities and/or services offered through it.
Tripwoow.com is an online platform dedicated to publishing and booking tourist, cultural and leisure activities in Spain.
In accordance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Book IV of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, especially Title II, Articles 159 and 160, we inform you that ownership of tripwoow.com (hereinafter, the “platform”) belongs to:

The domain name through which you have accessed the platform is owned by TRIPWOOW. This domain name may not be used in connection with content, products and/or services that are not owned by TRIPWOOW, nor in any way that may cause discredit or confusion among users.
Accessing tripwoow.com and using the content, activities and/or services offered through it implies that you acquire the status of user and declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Booking Conditions, all of which form an integral part of this Legal Notice.
By accessing and using the services of tripwoow.com, you undertake to:
3.1. Declare that you are of legal age (over 18 years old) and have the legal capacity required to book the activities offered by TRIPWOOW in accordance with the applicable legal conditions, which you declare that you understand and accept.
3.2. Not use the Platform to make speculative, false or fraudulent requests, or in any way that may damage or hinder the normal use or enjoyment of the Platform by other users.
3.3. Use the Platform for your own personal and non-commercial use, or for the purpose of booking the activities offered.
3.4. Guarantee the authenticity of all data you enter when completing the form during the activity booking process on the Platform. Special care must be taken when entering document details and the names of third parties for whom you provide data, verifying that they match the details shown on their identity document or passport. TRIPWOOW is not responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided, nor for any legal consequences and associated costs that may arise from such conduct.
For all bookings, the person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of all persons included in that booking.
3.5. Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Platform in accordance with all the terms and conditions set out herein.
You shall be liable to TRIPWOOW and/or to third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of failure to comply with the obligations set out in this Legal Notice.
The content published on this Platform is provided exclusively for informational purposes. Although TRIPWOOW makes every effort to avoid errors in the content published on the platform, TRIPWOOW does not guarantee the accuracy, truthfulness or absence of errors in the content and descriptions of the activities offered on the platform. TRIPWOOW shall not be liable for decisions made by users based on the information provided through the platform, which they use under their sole responsibility.
TRIPWOOW disclaims any liability arising from information published on the platform whenever that information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party unrelated to TRIPWOOW.
Our platform may redirect you to content on third-party websites. As TRIPWOOW cannot always control the content introduced by third parties on their websites, TRIPWOOW disclaims all liability in relation to such content. In any case, TRIPWOOW states that it will immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morality or public order, and will immediately remove the redirection to such website and inform the competent authorities of the content in question.
TRIPWOOW is not responsible for information and content published, by way of example and without limitation, in forums, chats, blogs, comments, reviews, social networks or any other medium that allows users or third parties to publish content independently on our Platform.
Nevertheless, and in compliance with current legislation, TRIPWOOW will actively collaborate in the removal or blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, third-party rights, morality or public order.

TRIPWOOW has been reviewed and tested to operate correctly. In principle, proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, TRIPWOOW does not rule out the possibility of programming errors, connection issues or events of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to the Platform impossible.
TRIPWOOW reserves the right to suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the products, services and/or content of the Portal, as well as the Portal’s configuration and features, for maintenance, repair, update, improvement and/or adaptation to technical, operational and/or legal changes, without the user being entitled to claim or request compensation.
TRIPWOOW shall not be liable in any event for any loss or damage caused by the non-functioning or defective functioning of the Platform or any websites to which links may have been established.
TRIPWOOW declares that it has adopted all measures within its power and within the state of the art to guarantee the operation of the Portal and to prevent the existence and/or transmission of viruses and other harmful components to users.
These terms and conditions, as well as the disclaimer above, do not affect any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
As a user of the Platform, you undertake to comply with the following conditions when accessing and using it. The following are prohibited:
5.1. Using the Platform to threaten, harass, defraud, incite, annoy or otherwise interfere with another user’s use of the platform.

5.3. Any communication or transmission of information that infringes third-party rights and/or contains threatening, obscene, defamatory, pornographic or xenophobic content, violates personal dignity or children’s rights, breaches applicable law, or incites or constitutes criminal conduct.
5.4. Inserting, framing or otherwise incorporating any part of this platform into another website without our prior written authorisation.
5.5. Using the Platform in any way that may create a conflict of interest, for example exchanging reviews with other business owners or writing or requesting fake reviews.
5.6. Using the Platform to send or transmit spam, chain messages, contests, junk mail, pyramid schemes, surveys or other mass messages, whether commercial or not.
5.7. Using any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper functioning of the platform or attempting in any other way to interfere with its proper functioning.
5.8. Using the platform to transmit computer viruses, worms, defects, trojans or other destructive items.
5.9. Using the platform to breach the security of any computer network or to decipher passwords or security encryption codes.
5.10. Interrupting or interfering with the security of the Platform or damaging it in any way.
All content on the platform, including by way of example but not limitation its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as designs, logos, images, texts and/or graphics, is the property of TRIPWOOW or, where applicable, TRIPWOOW has the licence or express authorisation of the authors.
Designs, logos, text and/or graphics not owned by TRIPWOOW that may appear on the platform belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any possible controversy that may arise in relation to them. In all cases, TRIPWOOW has their prior express authorisation.
Regardless of the purpose for which they were intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing of the content on the Platform always require TRIPWOOW’s prior written authorisation. Any use not previously authorised by TRIPWOOW will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
If you wish to report any possible infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, or any other issue relating to the platform’s content, you may do so by emailing hola@tripwoow.com.
As a user, you may contribute content to this platform, for example by posting comments about your experience of the activities in which you have participated and/or rating any aspect related to them. You assume full responsibility and risk in relation to such content or any other information that you provide, distribute, add, include, link to or otherwise upload to the platform, including any reliance by third parties on its truthfulness or usefulness and any disclosure of information that personally identifies you.
Although TRIPWOOW does not own or control any content you include, you agree that by including your content on the platform you automatically grant us the right to display and promote it, as well as to change and/or edit it for clarity, grammatical correction, or inclusion in advertisements and other activities.
You also grant TRIPWOOW users the right to access your comments in connection with their use of our Platform.
This Platform may contain links to websites operated by parties other than TRIPWOOW. These links are provided for information purposes only.
The fact that this Platform includes links to such sites does not imply that we endorse the material found on them or that we have any association with their operators. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy or other practices.
TRIPWOOW assumes no liability of any kind for any aspect relating to websites to which a link is established, including, by way of example and without limitation, their operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of their products and services, their own links and/or any of their content in general.
Any personal information you publish on the Platform will be used in accordance with the PRIVACY POLICY established by TRIPWOOW.
The policies and conditions in force at the time you use this platform shall apply, unless by law or decision of governmental bodies we must make changes to those policies or conditions with retroactive effect.
TRIPWOOW reserves the right to review and amend these conditions at any time and without prior notice. Accordingly, we recommend that you consult them regularly in order to remain informed of any changes.
Your use of our services after any of the changes referred to above, or after you have expressly accepted the new conditions by connecting to the platform, shall constitute your consent to those changes.
The law applicable to the operation of this Platform is Spanish law. The courts of the city of Tenerife shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from the use, interpretation or application of these conditions.
