I did the paraglide today for two reasons, firstly to try and help me conquer my fear of heights and... I did the paraglide today for two reasons, firstly to try and help me conquer my fear of heights and flying, and secondly to practice being airborne in preparation for a charity skydive later this year. What a fabulous experience it was. Tania communicated with me throughout, and the whole team were professional, kind, reassuring and fun. It all helped me forget my nerves. The pilots were all brilliant, but I must give a special mention to Ronald who did everything he could to ensure I had a great time. He even played a little tune whilst I relaxed and enjoyed the views! The acrobatics at the end was an unexpected extra, great fun, although I realised my stomach wasn't as strong as I thought 🤢😂 . If you are considering doing a paraglide, I thoroughly recommend this great team. They will keep you safe, and ensure you have the best time. Do it!!!

Incredible Paragliding Experience with Brisa ParaglidingMy wife and I went paragliding today with Brisa Paragliding in Tenerife, and it was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip.We booked online a couple of days in advance, and the service was excellent from the very start. Almost immediately after booking, the team got in touch with us on WhatsApp with clear information about the experience, including pickup details and timing. Everything was organised perfectly.True to their word, they picked us up right outside our villa exactly when they said they would. The van only had four passengers, which meant the whole experience felt very personal and relaxed rather than rushed.All of the instructors were clearly extremely experienced professionals. From the moment we arrived at the launch site, they explained everything clearly and made us feel completely comfortable and safe during the setup and takeoff.Now, I do have to confess something slightly embarrassing. I am somewhat prone to motion sickness, but I really wasn’t expecting to react quite as badly as I did. Unfortunately, while descending I missed the bag and managed to vomit over my instructor (which I still feel terrible about!). But I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more understanding or professional response. He was an absolute gentleman about it—calm, kind, and reassuring—and didn’t make me feel worse than I already did.Despite that moment, we still had a fantastic smooth and safe landing, and the whole flight was incredible.My wife also had an amazing flight with her pilot and absolutely loved the experience.What really stood out was their professionalism throughout the entire process. After the flight, the company even contacted us again to make sure everything had gone well and that we’d enjoyed the experience. Their communication and customer care were superb from start to finish.While we were there, we watched other companies landing along the same route, and one group unfortunately had quite a serious landing accident. It really highlighted how important it is to choose the right team.If you’re thinking about paragliding in Tenerife, go with Brisa Paragliding. They are clearly exceptionally professional, safety-focused, and genuinely great people.And once again, to my pilot — I’m so sorry about the vomit! 😅
