Non dite di aver davvero visitato quest'isola se non avete visto il Roque Nublo.Un'esperienza fantastica. Le mie guide erano David e Stefano. Mi hanno spiegato tutto perfettamente sia in inglese che in spagnolo. Gentili, attenti e cordiali. Mi sono venuti a prendere in hotel e sono stati degli ottimi autisti sulle strade incredibilmente tortuose dell'entroterra dell'isola. Non rischiate la vostra auto a noleggio quando potete viaggiare in compagnia di persone così fantastiche. Ammirare il tramonto dal punto più alto dell'isola, con il sole che tramonta dietro il Teide, è al primo posto nella mia lista delle dieci cose da fare. È qualcosa di UNICO!! 👌

La veille, on nous a communiqué l'heure de prise en charge. Le guide (Daylos, le meilleur !!!) était ponctuel et a partagé dès le début une foule d'informations sur Gran Canaria. Après avoir récupéré tous les participants (nous étions 8), nous avons enchaîné les premiers arrêts, plutôt courts. En fin d'après-midi, pause avec un déjeuner délicieux. Ensuite sont venus les deux grands moments de la journée : la randonnée jusqu'au Roque Nublo et le coucher de soleil au Pico de las Nieves. Je recommande cette excursion.

Niestety jedna osoba z naszej grupy nagle zachorowała, przez co nie zdążyliśmy anulować rezerwacji ani wziąć udziału w wyprawie.W tej sytuacji Climbo zrobiło wszystko, co w ich mocy, żeby wspólnie z GetYourGuide znaleźć rozwiązanie i ułatwić anulowanie lub zwrot. Wykazali się ogromnym zrozumieniem i dobrą wolą.Z kolei GetYourGuide sprawiało wrażenie, że raczej piętrzy trudności i znacznie komplikuje anulowanie, podczas gdy Climbo naprawdę szukało wyjścia.Przy kolejnych rezerwacjach radzimy więc rezerwować bezpośrednio w Climbo: kontakt jest dużo łatwiejszy i bardziej bezpośredni niż przez GetYourGuide.Choć z powodu nagłej choroby nie udało nam się pojechać, bez wahania zarezerwowalibyśmy u nich ponownie, bo ich obsługa, uprzejmość i zaangażowanie zrobiły na nas ogromne wrażenie.

We had a tour of the volcano calderas and Roque Nublo. It is a really well put together tour, we saw a lot of interesting and stunning view points. Both guides Daylos and David were fantastic. Daylas was the guide of our group, he told us so may jokes, curiosities about the island and made it incredibly fun experience. He was also incredibly kind to take pictures of everyone in great spots, showing us the best angles and hidden spots for the perfect photos. He is also a great driver. If you are a bit worried about the local steep roads, with these guys you are in good hands. He makes the ride very comfortable. Transportation was also very well organised and we go picked up and dropped off aa per schedule. Timings of the whole experience were perfectly orchestrated so we had perfect amount of time at each spot. I won’t be able to describe how incredibly beautiful all the spots were, you just need to come and see it, but don’t hesitate to book with these guys, they will make it a great experience and you will feel very well looked after! The surprise honey rum at the sunset watch was a lovely touch! They are also very respectful of the local area and environment and very passionate about the island and showing it in the best way - great to see. Wholeheartedly recommended!

Lots of friendly communication prior to the tour. They even arranged to pick me up at my B&B near the airport which wasn't listed as one of the pickup areas.
The tour itself was interesting and well paced. Our tour guide, Daylos, was friendly, fun and knowledgeable.
Obviously the highlight is the sunset, with rum :-) but I especially liked the hike (about 90 mins, you'll need decent shoes).
The food and wine on the lunch break fantastic.
It's ideal for solo travellers as you soon get chatting to others in your small group, or "family" as Climbo calls us.
The guides take plenty of photographs during the tour which are emailed later.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would certainly consider booking another of their tours if I was in Gran Canaria again. The hiking and climbing trips looks awesome!
