As requested, I should also mention Kevin, the Belgian charmer :-)However, it would be helpful for those looking for accommodation to know that the boat dives depart from a different dive center in Las Galletas. If we had known that, we wouldn't have stayed overnight in Los Cristianos. Otherwise, everything was perfect! The dives were even more beautiful than expected!

I had some great diving over the week with Atlantis Scuba Diving, the staff were friendly and helpful over the... I had some great diving over the week with Atlantis Scuba Diving, the staff were friendly and helpful over the two dive shop locations we used, with an extra nod to Jonathan and Dee who were my dive guide for a few of the dives and were excellent.
The dive locations were interesting including wreck and marine wildlife dives from shore and boat, also though I bought my own kit with me I observed that the business was well kitted out with all the scuba equipment required and all looked well maintained.Unfortunately I cannot give 5 stars for the following reasons to give balance. The company I feel could possibly make a few improvements which would make the experience more satisfying for experienced divers especially who know the difference.
1. Why are you asking for payment up front before diving, (and after paying a deposit online), I have not experienced this policy before with other dive companies, the general policy is you pay when you have finished.
2. Only accepting or demanding that payment to be in cash only. I did not have €300 in cash so card was taken, but again a very unusual policy to try and be a cash only business.
3. Dives are generally boat or shore dives where you are out in remote areas with no way of buying a drink or food, I fortunately through experience take fluids and a snack with me, but again why does the dive centre not supply or take bottles of water/drinks and a snack for the divers between dives?
This is something which is fairly standard with other dive companies I’ve used. The little things can make all the difference to whether your customers decide to use you again or another dive company on the Island.
4. The confusion caused with the extra €4 charge for pickup thrown at me on the first day was for holiday apartments or if the cost was to pay to take me to the dive site, which if the latter is a ridiculous policy. I would say do not give customers a price to book online and then try to load it when they are with you, it doesn’t leave a good taste in the mouth.However overall I enjoyed my diving experience with Atlantis so a big thank you to all the staff for that, though honestly I would have to consider on these points listed as to whether to come back to Atlantis again and maybe not take a look at other dive companies on the Island when I return.
