Un lugar increíble en la naturaleza, donde conectarte con tu guerrero interior!! ya habíamos venido otras veces pero esta vez trajimos a nuestro peque de 5 años ya que ya tenia edad para disfrutarlo, al principio el estaba un poco nervioso (lo normal de lo nuevo) pero el monitor fue muy paciente y tranquilo con el, lo animo de manera natural todo el tiempo, luego ya estuvimos nosotros con el en todo el camino y se vino arriba con cada isla (las rutas tienen nombre de las islas) su confianza subía!!! fue una experiencia genial, tanto los monitores como el parque son fantástico, las horas se van volando!!! por supuesto repetiremos.

E in ragazzi che ci lavorano sono super simpatici e disponibili, dall'inizio che ti mettono la imbracatura fino alla fine che ti seguono nei percorsi e se sei in difficoltà ti danno consigli o aiutano, BRAVI! I want to write this review to thank Óscar and his entire team for their incredible and professional service.On Saturday, March 7th, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at the Forestal Park zip lines, and despite the freezing cold and the fact that we were there at the same time as another birthday party and other visitors, the service was spectacular for both the children and the parents. From the very first moment, they made us feel right at home.We booked the lounge with the fireplace, and they were always very attentive, making sure we had enough firewood or anything else we might need. From the reception staff to the instructors who gave the safety briefing, all the employees demonstrated incredible courtesy and professionalism. They were always smiling and eager to help us so that everything went perfectly and we had a fantastic day.I especially want to highlight the supervisor's treatment of her team, something I honestly haven't seen anywhere else. She made sure her colleagues could have lunch and their breaks, demonstrating admirable camaraderie. That speaks volumes about the great team they've built.I can only congratulate you on the work you do and the incredibly positive atmosphere you create.100% Recommended. I wouldn't give it more stars if there weren't enough, but you deserve a million. Thank you so much, team! We'll be back soon!
