Tours can be booked directly or through third-party providers (e.g., GetYourGuide).The excursion to the national park surrounding the new Tajogaite volcano was very well organized, the communication beforehand was exemplary, our guide "Bebe" was extremely knowledgeable and prepared, and our group was incredibly lucky with the weather that day.A second booked excursion to the lava cave had to be canceled at short notice due to the weather. Here, too, they went to great lengths to find an alternative date and offered us vouchers for a discounted visit to the visitor center above, but we gratefully declined and spent the day doing something else.
